How did you / are you losing it? Diet and exercise?
Are you happy where you are? What are your goals?
I have 3 little boys aged 7, 5, and 2!!
I weighed only 160 lbs. when I got married!!
When I was 19 I had Braydon, I thought I literally needed to eat for 2. I ate everything and anything. I gained 60 pounds with him!! Horrible right?!?!
I got so many stretch marks, because I grew so quickly, and could not stop eating!!
After I had him, I weighed 220 lbs. I was so depressed being 19 and chubby!!
But then slowly got down to 180. That was great. But then I got pregnant with Easton and gained 30 lbs. And did not lose any of it!!
I tried Weight Watchers, and did great, but then just kinda just stopped.
Watched what I ate, drank plenty of water, and walked around my neighborhood!!
Still only lost a tiny bit.
Then when I got pregnant with Hazard I tried sooooo hard to watch what I ate, and tried to stay active!! I only gained 25lbs.
Today I am nowhere near what I want to be at. So I started going to the gym, doing Zumba and watching what I eat!!
But here is my problem. I feel like if I exercise I can eat whatever I want!! Bad thinking!!
So this week my Dallin and I decided to lets make a bet of it! Who ever loses the most weight by our anniversary (July 12) will get $200.00 to use for whatever we want.
Sounds good to me!!
Now here are my goals:
*Go to gym 3-4 times a week
* Limit soda, more water (can't cut cold turkey!!)
* Watch food portions
*Eat sweets in a small amount
So cross my fingers I beat Dallin and spend that $200 on me!!!
This last summer!! My face is so round!!!
Let the weight loss games begin!!!!
